Marketing Specialist / Digital Manager

📍 Tel Aviv | Full-time, On-site

We are a fast-growing company developing an innovative cognitive training mobile app, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist / Digital Manager to join our team and take our digital presence to the next level.

• Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and additional platforms
• Optimize website, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum impact
• Manage eCommerce initiatives including product pages, online promotions, and performance tracking
• Own our digital assets and conversion funnel end-to-end (UX/UI & CRO)
• Manage in-app and mobile campaigns
• Evaluate trends, test new tools, and continuously improve our digital ecosystem

• 3–5 years of end-to-end digital marketing experience – must
• Solid experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, WordPress – must
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and mobile app campaigns – must
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving
• Proactive, collaborative, and impact-oriented team player
