Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR & Payroll Manager, based in Or Akiva with some flexibility for remote work. The HR & Payroll Manager will oversee and manage human resources functions and payroll processes. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing employee benefits, finding the correct candidates, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and addressing HR-related queries. The role also requires maintaining payroll systems, processing payroll data accurately, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with local labor regulations
• Finding the correct candidates
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using payroll management software and HR tools
• Prior experience in a similar HR or payroll role is preferred
