A leading and growing retail company is looking for a skilled and motivated Financial Controller with proven experience in managing financial projects and internal control processes. This is a high-impact, cross-organizational role involving operational, financial, and technological responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead finance-related projects, including planning, execution, and implementation of various financial initiatives.
Report directly to the CFO, including preparation of control reports, identifying exceptions, maintaining interfaces, and implementing supporting systems.
Oversee the organizational ERP system.
Synchronize and integrate ERP with POS, BI, and operational systems.

Requirements:

CPA certified (completion of Israel CPA board exams required).
At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in an operational company — preferably in retail or fashion, including full responsibility for period-end closings and preparation of financial statements.
Experience in an operational or manufacturing environment.
Previous work experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
Proficiency in ERP, BI, and POS systems.
Proven experience managing teams and/or leading projects.
Advanced Excel skills.
High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and communication abilities.
High level of accountability, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.
