Microwave Module Dev Manager

We are looking for a Microwave Module Development Manager to lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave modules for space applications at IAI’s ELTA Systems.

Key Responsibilitie

• Lead the development of microwave modules and RF components for space systems
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery according to timelines and milestones
• Prepare technical documentation and present to internal and external stakeholders
• Support integration, production, and environmental testing processes
• Ensure compliance with space industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required
• 5+ years of experience in RF module or board-level RF system development – required
• Deep knowledge of recognized space industry standards (ECSS, ISO, MIL-STD) – required
• Hands-on experience with space-qualified components – advantage
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and matrix-based project teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with complex system integration and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
