Electronics Dev. Manager (RF)

A fast-growing, innovative medical technology company developing next-generation diagnostic and imaging solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Electronics Development Manager to join our R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead RF development activities, including system architecture, circuit design, and specialized high-frequency RF structure/coil design.

Manage all phases of RF development—system analysis, measurements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Oversee company electronics development activities from initial concept and architecture through detailed design, testing, integration, and verification.

Lead and review electromagnetic (EM) modeling, design, and simulation activities.

Manage electronics-centric R&D projects, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Participate in shaping technology strategy, organizational R&D processes, and product roadmaps.

Drive engineering activities related to system performance, reliability, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership, professional guidance, design reviews, and mentorship to multidisciplinary development teams.

Education: B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required. M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, RF, Electromagnetics, or a related field – an advantage.

Management Experience: 5+ years of proven experience leading electronics or multidisciplinary R&D engineering teams and projects.

RF Expertise: Strong background and hands-on experience in RF system development, RF architecture, high-frequency circuits, signal behavior, measurements, and system integration.

EM Simulation: Strong knowledge and practical experience in electromagnetic simulation using CST Studio Suite and/or Ansys HFSS (modeling, optimization, and correlation to empirical measurements).

Domain Knowledge:

Experience in medical device development and knowledge of applicable medical standards – advantage.

Background in complex medical imaging, RF-based diagnostic technologies, or magnetic resonance systems – significant advantage.

Experience in the design, simulation, and testing of RF coils, antennas, or specialized radiating structures – significant advantage.
