Full Stack Engineer

We’re a young, fast-moving startup building a revolutionary HR platform, already working with few major enterprise customers.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer who is first and foremost a strong

software engineer, but also comfortable getting their hands dirty with infrastructure and DevOps on

AWS.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop backend services and APIs that power our core HR product
• Build scalable, reliable services in a cloud-native environment (AWS)
• Work with AWS CloudFormation to define and manage infrastructure as code
• Deploy and run services on Amazon ECS and related AWS services
• Set up and maintain VPCs, subnets, security groups, routing, and other networking components
• Take ownership of your services in production: monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape our technical roadmap

What we’re looking for

• ~2 years of experience in backend development (or experience from an elite technological unit)
• Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, Node.js, TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including:

1. CloudFormation (or similar IaC tools like CDK/Terraform)
2. ECS (or EKS / other container orchestration)
3. VPC, subnets, security groups and basic networking concepts

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern backend architectures
• Experience with Git and common CI/CD workflows
