Software Team Lead

We’re looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer who is excited to build a new product from the ground up and lead a talented team of engineers. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and end-to-end ownership of core product components.

You’ll work closely with R&D, product teams to design, develop, and deliver features that will define our next-generation platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers in developing frontend and backend components as part of the product

• Lead the development of brand-new, innovative Software Product

• Analyze Business requirements and provide effort estimations

• Design and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient Software Product according to up-to-date best practices

• Design and implement efficient deployment strategies in cooperation with DevOps team

• Coordinate development, integrations, and testing across other teams

• Hands-On development

• Write relevant software documents

Requirements:

B.Sc. Computer Science (or equivalent) from a known university or relevant military experience

• Experience as a fullstack software developer: 5+ years

• Experience as a Team Leader: 2+ years

• Experience with Angular : 2+ years

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JQUERY, Javascript

• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and Websockets

• Experience with PHP: 1+ years

• Experience with NEST.JS: 1+ years

• Experience with advanced DB capabilities (MySQL, Postgress): 1+ years

• Experience with AI tools

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with c#

• Experience with Vue

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services
