The role involves managing a team of 5 developers and contributing to development using React.js and Node.js.
The company is publicly listed, located in central Israel near the train line, and offers a hybrid work model with two days from home.
Requirements:
- 6 years of software development experience with strong coding skills and hands-on expertise.
- 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant backend development experience in Java and/or Node.js.
- Strong frontend skills with ReactJS (Hooks) or similar frameworks (Vue, Angular).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, system design, cloud environments, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Jest), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
