Software Team Lead

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead and mentor a client-side development team, combining hands-on coding with team leadership, architectural planning, and ownership of marketing-related platforms.

The role includes responsibility for websites and front-end applications built with PHP, WordPress, and Next.js, as well as driving the adoption of AI technologies to improve user experience, performance, personalization, and development efficiency.

Responsibilitie

• Lead and manage a team of client-side developers, including task allocation, code reviews, and professional growth.

• Design and implement front-end architectures using Next.js.

• Oversee development and maintenance of WordPress and PHP-based websites, including custom themes and plugins.

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, SEO, Data, and Design teams to deliver business-critical features.

• Manage complex integrations with marketing systems and tools (Tracking, Pixels, GA4, Tag Manager, etc).

• Own full development cycles: from requirements and design to deployment and monitoring.

• Improve website performance, SEO technical health, and cross-device optimization.

• Ensure code quality, application stability, and adherence to SLAs.

• Lead development using AI analysis and coding tools.

• Support and improve CI/CD processes and basic DevOps practices for client-side projects.

Required Qualification

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Front-End / Client Development.

• 2–5 years of experience leading a development team or strong technical leadership.

• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven experience with PHP and WordPress (custom themes, plugins, integrations).

• Solid understanding of marketing technologies.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to design scalable front-end architectures for high-traffic websites.

• Strong orientation with AI analysis and coding.

• High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken) – Must.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ownership, accountability, and leadership capabilities
