What You'll Be Doing

As our User Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind getting new users hooked on MyJenny. This role's got a heavy focus on media buying—scouting and optimizing campaigns on top sites to bring in fresh traffic that converts. You'll also craft killer flows for platforms like Google, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram to pull in users organically and paid. We want you to think big on organic growth to building communities, SEO strategies and viral loops that get people talking about us without spending a dime. Expect to dive into A/B testing, funnel optimization and tweaking our strategies based on what the numbers say. Oh and since we're a small team you'll have a say in our tech stack for analytics—helping us pick tools that give us those deep insights to stay ahead.

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record in user acquisition, especially media buying and platform flows (Google Ads, Reddit campaigns, FB/IG targeting—you name it).

- A super analytical brain with some tech chops—maybe you've dabbled in SQL, Google Analytics or even Python for data crunching. We need someone who can spot trends and guide our strategy not just execute.

- Experience with organic growth hacks like content marketing SEO and community building.

- Comfortable with a 60/40 split: 3 days in our vibrant office (think open space, snacks, and brainstorm sessions that turn into happy hours) and 2 days remote to crush it from home.

- Bonus if you've worked in AI, chatbots, or consumer apps—but passion for tech and growth is key.
