Today, Dpro serves 100+ enterprise customers globally and holds over 70% market share in Israel’s SAP productivity layer market, establishing itself as the undisputed local category leader. As we now shift into aggressive North American expansion, we are seeking a high-impact CEO to lead the next stage of global scale.

The CEO will define and execute Dpro’s growth strategy, expand its presence in the US and international SAP ecosystem, strengthen partner and channel relationships, and accelerate the adoption of Insight Zap worldwide. This role requires strong commercial and operational leadership, a deep understanding of enterprise technology markets, and the ability to scale a product-led SaaS company internationally.

You will work closely with the founders, board, product, and commercial teams to position Dpro as the leading SAP-native productivity layer for global enterprises.

• Own and drive Dpro’s global scale-up strategy with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead market expansion into North America, with focus on enterprise sales, branding, and partner channels.
• Translate product differentiation into clear, competitive market messaging tailored to SAP buyers.
• Build long-term strategic plans aligned with product, GTM, and customer success.

• Build and manage world-class sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
• Expand Dpro’s partner program, deepening alliances with SAP consultancies, GSIs, and VARs.
• Establish repeatable and scalable enterprise sales motions targeting SAP ECC and S/4HANA customers.
• Oversee global pricing, packaging, ARR growth strategy, and multi-region revenue operations.

• Work with R&D and product to refine the roadmap for Insight Zap, strengthening its position as the SAP-native productivity and automation layer.
• Ensure features continue to deliver high-value outcomes: no-code agility, real-time insights, SAP-native security, and operational automation.
• Track SAP ecosystem developments, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to guide innovation.

• Build an execution-focused, metrics-driven culture across the organization.
• Implement scalable operating systems, processes, and structures to support rapid growth.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout deployment, support, and renewals.

• Act as the primary spokesperson for Dpro in global SAP communities, partner ecosystems, and industry events.
• Represent the company with customers, partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
  

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success scaling companies into new geographies, particularly North America.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales cycles and SAP stakeholder personas.
• Ability to convert complex technical value into compelling business impact narratives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational management skills.

• Background in SAP software, SAP consulting, no-code/low-code, automation platforms, or enterprise workflow technologies.
• Experience building global partner channels and alliances.
• Experience leading in fast-growth, product-led, or founder-led environments.
