The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Herzliya Pituach. 

Key job responsibilities:

This position involves joining the Recruitment Team of the High-Tech School. The main responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process for the school's various training programs, conducting phone and online interviews, and designing and creating engaging workshop content related to career success and job search strategies.

A core part of this job is providing full support to program graduates as they search for work, which includes both one-on-one sessions and group coaching, and running the career workshops. This is a full-cycle role, guiding participants from their first recruitment step all the way through to successfully landing a job after graduation.

Qualifications:

·      Background in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition), or similar People/Operational roles focused on relationship building.

·      Instructional Skills: Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead trainings for diverse groups.

·      Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and professional communication.

·      Highly organized with proven ability to juggle priorities and manage logistics.

·      Advantage: Experience in supporting or mentoring diverse communities.

·      Native-level fluency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English.

·      Relevant Bachelor's degree (BA).
