SDR & Sales Assistant to the CEO

Sogomatic is looking for an SDR and administrative sales assistant to the CEO.

This is a key role that directly impacts the company’s growth processes, opportunity management, and customer satisfaction.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Proactive calls to inbound leads and follow-up with existing customers
  • Scheduling meetings and ongoing management of the CEO’s calendar
  • Preparing price quotes, meeting materials, and providing high-level administrative support
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with the company’s clients

Position Requirements

  • High level of organization, ability to manage tasks and handle multiple processes in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Great interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and ability to work with a wide range of customers
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work with senior management
  • Previous experience in sales (advantage), customer service, or as a personal assistant – a significant advantage, but not mandatory

  • Suitable for a parent-friendly schedule (“mom hours”)
  • Convenient location in Kfar Saba with free parking
  • Base salary plus bonuses for closed deals
