Marketing Specialist - Freelance

More Admin assists business owners in managing their administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses. We help companies streamline their operations through professional outsourcing solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and execute the overall digital marketing and content strategy.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Manage, write, and schedule all social media content and email newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and set key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Proficiency with key marketing tools
• Strong, persuasive copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work as a Freelancer (Must be able to issue invoices)
• Strong analytical skills: Experience defining KPIs, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions (proficiency in Google Analytics is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to launch and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Facebook/Google Ads) end-to-end.
• 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Excellent Hebrew and English (Written & Verbal) – Must.
