Senior Developer, Innovation & Process Development

A leading Financial organisation is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in AWS environments, strong technical abilities, and creative thinking.

The team leads innovation, automation, and process-optimisation initiatives - from analysing the current state to creating a working POC - while collaborating with multiple divisions and maintaining direct visibility to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing full technological solutions (Front-End and Back-End), primarily in cloud environments.
• Building modern, responsive UI interfaces and developing advanced Back-End logic.
• Creating automation tools and controls to improve cross-organisational processes.
• Developing integrations between internal information systems and data-analysis tools.
• Supporting cross-division projects from POC stage to full production deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field - preference for high achievers.
• Experience in Front-End development with technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks - a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Python / Node.js / Java - a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as ASP.NET with C# - advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools - advantage.
• Understanding of on-premise systems and ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-prem + cloud).
• Experience with AI / Machine Learning tools - strong advantage.
• Strong systems thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking for developing innovative solutions.
