• Own end-to-end development of features, from technical design to deployment.
• Develop and improve product functionality, code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Work with a complex codebase while maintaining system stability and backward compatibility.
• Collaborate with the CTO and Product Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of testing, troubleshooting, production issues, and technical documentation.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL or SQL Server, including query optimization, and experience with EF Core and ADO.NET.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, and maintainable code.
• Proven ability to independently deliver complex features from concept to production.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in FinTech, accounting, banking, or payments.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Familiarity with AWS, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, CI/CD, and automated testing.
