Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager located in Einat. You will manage all core information systems and the full IT infrastructure of A.A. Politiv. This includes the ERP, production floor applications, data flows, system integrations, networking, cybersecurity, and day to day IT support. The role is both strategic and hands on. You ensure that every department - logistics, production, finance, HR, sales, and management - has reliable systems that support fast, accurate, and efficient operations.

• Own and manage the ERP system including modules, configurations, and upgrades
• Maintain data accuracy, master data, permissions, and user roles
• Support production floor systems and operational applications
• Document workflows, system processes, and best practices
• Translate department needs into system improvements and configurations
• Identify manual processes and automate them using system capabilities or external tools
• Maintain stable data flows and coordinate with vendors and developers
• Manage company networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud environments
• Ensure uptime, stability, and performance across all company sites
• Manage hardware inventory including computers, printers, servers, and production devices
• Monitor cybersecurity policies across systems and endpoints
• Provide day to day IT support for employees and departments
• Handle onboarding and offboarding including access, accounts, and hardware
• Train employees on ERP workflows, tools, and IT best practices
• Lead cross company digital transformation projects
• Manage external vendors, consultants, and IT service providers
• Evaluate new technologies and prioritize projects based on ROI and operational impact

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics to analyze and interpret data for improved decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Analytical Skills and a strong affinity for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Experience and knowledge in Finance to support the efficient use of financial systems and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as ISO-9002 and ISO-14000 is preferred.
