Head of Engineering

THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic Head of Engineering to oversee the architectural vision of our platform. This is not a standard management role; it is a position for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex infrastructure, heavy data processing, and AI application.

You will own the blueprint for our entire ecosystem. You will lead the engineering team to build a robust, secure, and hyper-scalable SaaS platform, ensuring our infrastructure can support sophisticated AI models and real-time data ingestion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architecture & Infrastructure

• Define and own the long-term technical architecture, ensuring the system is built for scale, resilience, and speed.
• Oversee the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure that supports high-volume data processing and global availability.
• Manage the transition from MVP to enterprise-grade scalability, minimizing technical debt while maintaining feature velocity.

1. Data & AI Strategy

• Architect and maintain sophisticated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, clean, and structure massive datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring (MLOps) within the production environment.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI and predictive analytics to keep the platform at the forefront of the AdTech industry.

1. Leadership & Operations

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of code quality and continuous learning.
• Implement and refine Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with company strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience as an Architect or Lead Engineer designing complex SaaS platforms (microservices architecture experience is preferred).
• Deep understanding of Data Engineering (SQL, NoSQL, Data Warehousing) and experience integrating AI/ML models into production.
• Strong technical command of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in AdTech or a high-growth startup environment is a strong advantage.
