Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our Missile and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Lead quality activities throughout all project phases: development, testing, production, and customer service.
• Coordinate all multidisciplinary quality aspects with management, engineering, production, and customers.
• Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Be familiar with quality standards, such as AS9100.
• Write quality plans.
• Manage review committees and deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Approve surveys and milestones for KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Materials Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering/quality engineering – mandatory.
• Experience in the military or aviation sectors – a significant advantage.
• Experience transferring from development to production – advantageous.
• Certified Quality Engineer – advantageous.
• Proficiency in English at a high level.
