A large and successful investment firm specializing in advanced financial instruments is looking for a Help Desk Support Representative!
- The offices are located in Bnei Brak.
- Immediate availability to start work is required.
Requirements:
• Background and experience from an organizational IT support center or as a PC technician — not from a repair lab.
• Experience troubleshooting via remote access and familiarity with remote-connection tools.
• Managing permissions through Active Directory for control systems.
• Managing local permissions for systems not connected to AD.
• Experience working with VDI environments and security systems.
• This role is on-site only — remote work is not possible.
