Automation Engineer

An exciting MedTech company developing home-use ultrasound devices for women.

The company has raised hundreds of millions in initial funding, serves customers in Asia and Europe, and its devices are approved by Israeli and European health authorities.

Located in central Israel near a train line, with several dozen employees.

Role Overview-

• Reports to the VP of Software
• High-impact role with organizational influence
• Manage a team of 2 developers
• Matrix-style project management and collaboration with an offshore team in Ukraine
• Development in C# for Mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Approximately 80% hands-on development

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience in a team lead or management role
• Excellent understanding of .NET framework and C# programming
• Strong knowledge of multi-threaded programming and asynchronous patterns
• Proven experience in cross-platform mobile app development for iOS and Android, preferably with MAUI or Xamarin
• Familiarity with app store submission processes for both iOS and Android
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
