?? The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for a temporary 9-month position during a maternity leave period, as part of our HR team at HAAT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals across various departments.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs and recruitment strategies that evolve with our growth.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
• Build and nurture pipelines for high-demand roles, ensuring HAAT can scale at speed.
• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities to connect with exceptional candidates.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects HAAT’s values and energy.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire, conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Actively support employer branding efforts through events, social media, and community engagement.
• Stay on top of talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas that keep us competitive and forward-thinking.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates using creative approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build relationships fast.
• Strong organizational chops: you can juggle multiple hiring processes without dropping the ball.
• Data-savvy mindset: you know how to measure success and optimize with insights.
