Role Description

Special risks Insurance Account Manager, for insurance policies such as Cyber liability, D&O, and Crime. You will serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients (businesses clients) and address their insurance needs, questions, and concerns. You will manage client relationships with contacts such as CEOs and CFOs, handle policy placement and renewals, coordinate with insurers, and ensure excellent service — all with the goal of maintaining and expanding client accounts while managing risk exposures.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance — 1 year or more
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business managment
