Engineering Manager

• Responsibilities

Produce and review high-quality engineering documents, test reports, specifications, and technical justifications in English

Ensure proper implementation of system engineering methodologies, design controls, verification/validation activities, and product lifecycle processes. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to support audits, submissions, and technical documentation.

Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management teams to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient product development.

Participate in product roadmapping, feasibility studies, and risk management activities.

Support design transfer to manufacturing, supplier evaluations, and sustaining engineering tasks.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering management experience, specifically in electronic systems development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in medical device 
• Deep understanding of medical device standards  and design control requirements
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, and technical documentation).
