Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re expanding and seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our clients’ presence and our agency’s brand across all major platforms.

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will:

• Build and execute social media strategies for multiple brands
• Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create engaging content (posts, scripts, captions, stories, reels)
• Work closely with our creative team (designers, editors, strategists)
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns
• Identify trends and implement creative growth ideas
• Support clients’ GTM and demand generation efforts through social platforms
• Build personal branding for founders and executives

• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, storytelling, and platform dynamics
• Designing and editing skills are a must
• Cavna, Figma and video editing experience is required
• Ability to create high-quality content independently
• Excellent English writing, messaging, and tone-of-voice
• Experience with SaaS/Tech brands advantage
• A growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for testing new ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients
