User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for User Acquisition Manager for fast-growing marketing company located in Midtown Tel Aviv.  In this role, you will lead large-scale user acquisition efforts across major platforms and drive high-quality traffic in fast-paced, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok with a monthly budget of $100K+.
• Drive high-quality traffic and user acquisition for High-Risk verticals.
• Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing strategies focused on ROI, CPL, FTD, and retention KPIs.
• Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, improve conversions, and reduce acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop high-performing funnels and assets.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in performance marketing / media buying in High-Risk industries
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Excellent analytical skills and deep understanding of user funnels and KPIs.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and scale campaigns aggressively.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Native or high-level proficiency in Arabic and/or Spanish – advantage.
