User Acquisition Manager

They are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior User Acquisition Manager (Social) to lead high-impact campaigns across major social platforms – with the opportunity to manage and grow a team.

What You’ll Do

As Senior User Acquisition Manager (Social), you will:

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Lead and mentor a small team of social UA specialists (1–4 people), or grow into a team lead role depending on your experience.
• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance campaigns aimed at driving quality users and long-term value.
• Define KPIs and performance benchmarks, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Analyze campaign performance, run tests, and translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Work closely with business, product, content, and creative teams to align on goals, messaging, and user journeys.
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, formats, and new media opportunities to keep campaigns at the cutting edge.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on social platforms.
• Proven experience with Facebook campaigns – mandatory.
• Experience running campaigns on TikTok and/or YouTube – strong advantage.
• A relevant quantitative/analytical degree (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and high data literacy: ability to interpret performance data, build hypotheses, and drive data-informed decisions.
• A creative and strategic mindset with strong execution skills – you can both think big and get things done.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting insights.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Management or mentorship experience – an advantage, but not a must if you have strong hands-on experience and leadership potential.
• Experience with Reddit or native advertising platforms – advantage.
• Familiarity with attribution tools and user journey analysis – bonus.
