Regional Sales Manager - European

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager for the European market, to lead sales and business development efforts within the dental industry, with a strong preference for implant experience. This role requires a proven track record in territory ownership, distributor engagement, and driving growth in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, with full responsibility for performance
• Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dental labs, and other partners
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support for partners and customers
• Monitoring sales performance against goals and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis and customer data
• Conducting customer presentations and product demonstrations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in sales in the dental market
• 5 years of experience in distributor recruitment and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
• Native-level English (required), additional languages are an advantage
