As an HRBP & Talent Acquisition, you will be an essential member of our HR team, supporting a wide range of HR processes from strategic planning to hands-on execution.

Your responsibilities will include end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leading welfare and training initiatives. You will also provide insights and recommendations through HR diagnostics and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR diagnostics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
