About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Jeen.AI, you will play a key role in building our growing team. This position requires end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

About the Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, resume screening, and proactive candidate sourcing, through to interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers — working side by side to plan the hiring process and evaluate candidates.
• Foster a positive, personalized candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued throughout the journey.
• Actively manage open roles — presenting opportunities to qualified candidates and referring relevant profiles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience — a significant advantage if gained in a technology (high-tech) company.
• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter — mandatory.
• Hebrew and English at a very high level (spoken and written) — required for communication with candidates and teams locally and abroad.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field — mandatory.
