Moburst is looking for a bold, hands-on Marketing Director to own, lead, and scale our global B2B marketing. This is a role for someone who knows how to make things happen - a doer and a leader who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution.

You will be responsible for building a strong, visible, and differentiated market presence, driving demand, and turning marketing into a real growth engine - with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive Moburst’s global B2B marketing strategy, with a clear focus on scale, impact, and revenue.
• Manage an annual marketing budget of over $1M, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
• Oversee and lead the marketing management of all group sub-brands, including Uproar, Kitcaster, Core as well as additional brands Moburst might build/acquire.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies that increase brand visibility, credibility, and demand in the U.S. and globally.
• Actively drive cross-functional execution — aligning Social, Content, Creative and Development to deliver outcomes, not just ideas.
• Push initiatives forward, remove roadblocks, and do whatever it takes to move from strategy to execution.
• Lead processes and initiatives end-to-end, ensuring speed, accountability, and measurable results.
• Amplify Moburst’s presence externally — thought leadership, partnerships, visibility, and positioning that attract global clients.
• Work closely with leadership and sales to support pipeline growth and client acquisition.
• Lead and influence dynamic, distributed teams across regions and time zones.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience as a Marketing Director / Head of Marketing in scaling global B2B companies.
• Strong experience driving growth and demand in the U.S. market.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mobilize multiple functions and processes toward a common goal.
• A true hands-on leader - strategic, execution-driven, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Native-level English (written and spoken).
• Background in global agencies — a strong advantage.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders.
