Learning Developer- Temporary Position (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Learning Developer to join our team for a temporary position. The role involves designing and implementing innovative learning solutions and supporting organizational training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across the organization
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
• Provide professional guidance to instructors
• Deliver diverse learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, workshops)
• Design learning processes and support LMS systems
• Lead advanced projects in collaboration with business units
• Manage training projects and infrastructure at the department level
• Work closely with managers at all levels and multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning development- mandatory
• Academic degree- advantage
• Hands-on experience with Storyline authoring tool- mandatory
• Proven experience in developing macro and micro learning – mandatory
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to diagnose gaps and training needs
• High technological literacy
• Assertiveness, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
