About the Role

This is a full-cycle recruitment role, responsible for managing the entire hiring process:

End-to-end recruitment: from intake meetings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding

Active sourcing using LinkedIn and other platforms

Partnering closely with hiring managers and clients

Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines

Delivering a high-quality candidate and client experience

Requirements (Must-Have)

2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

Very high level of English (written and spoken)

Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the recruitment field
