We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to own and scale global hiring at Nominal. This role is critical to our growth, you will lead hiring strategy and execution end-to-end, influence how we prioritize roles, and continuously improve how we attract and hire top talent.
This is a role for someone highly independent, data-driven, and creative, someone who is comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, and adjusting course quickly in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Own end-to-end recruitment for local and global roles, with a strong focus on engineering roles in Israel and Go To Market roles in the US and other regions
- Personally lead proactive sourcing efforts across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, communities, outbound campaigns, and creative sourcing methods
- Build and continuously nurture high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define clear hiring strategies
- Use recruiting data to evaluate hiring effectiveness, identify drop-offs, and continuously improve conversion and quality of hire
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on talent market trends, sourcing challenges, and hiring priorities
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring complex R&D and engineering roles in Israel, a must
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring globally, including Go To Market roles in the US, a must
- Native level or near native English, written and spoken, a must
- Strong sourcing mindset, comfortable with outbound heavy roles and low inbound environments
- Highly independent, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and move fast without close supervision
- Strong analytical skills, able to use recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions
- Creative and resourceful
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-scaling startup or high growth environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- A clear path to promotion for leadership and individual contributor roles
