Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming team.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of sourcing, onboarding, and managing affiliates, with a clear focus on driving high-quality traffic, strong conversions, and measurable growth across our brands.

What you’ll do

• Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, FTDs, ROI, etc.)
• Optimize traffic sources, funnels, and creative strategies
• Negotiate deals and commission structures to maximize performance
• Ensure full compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines

What we’re looking for

• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing (strong advantage)
• Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written)
• Additional languages a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented
