As an AP Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and recording invoices from both an Israeli and foreign vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Processing and preparation of Bi-monthly payment cycles
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows
- Handling other AP related topics
Job Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2)
- Up to two years of experience (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Excel (PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Availability for full-time position
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with an open mind and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS system- advantage
- Good level of English- advantage
