Technicians Team Lead

NESS is looking for an experienced Team Lead for Technical Support Technicians to manage and lead a team of technicians.

Location: Ramat Hahayal | Hybrid: One day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full people, professional, and operational management of the team.
• Managing service KPIs, task prioritization, and leading the team to meet performance goals.
• Responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Ensuring high service standards and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Network Technician or in an IT support-related role – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience – significant advantage if from a large organization.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience in service and technical support centers – significant advantage.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong system-level thinking and decision-making abilities..
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability for on-call support during weekends when required.
• High learning ability, initiative, and “can-do” attitude.
