Assistant Controller

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our finance team and support the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and ongoing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
• Monthly reporting, including cash flow, overseas subsidiaries' activity, and management reports
• Daily cash flow management, banking activities, and analytical financial reviews
• Ongoing work with banking supervision authorities and tax authorities
• Preparation of annual tax reports
• Continuous financial and analytical analysis
• Building the annual budget and performing budget vs. actual controls
• Ongoing collaboration with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completion of an internship – mandatory
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company as an Assistant Controller – an advantage
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with accounting / ERP systems
• Strong teamwork skills, sense of ownership, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain effective time management

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the Company Controller
