Assistant Controller

Description:

abra's Finance division is seeking an Experienced Assistant Controller to join our team in Raanana.

We are looking for an experienced assistant controller who will plan and implement diverse accounting work and support complex accounting projects. The role requires expertise in IFRS standards, ISOX audits, and experience working with auditing accountants and authorities. Full-time position, located in the central region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and solo reports, in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Supporting the company's core accounting projects, including implementation of new IFRS standards.
• Assisting with internal control processes (ISOX) - documentation, testing, and remediation of deficiencies.
• Ongoing work with auditing accountants, tax advisors, and authorities.
• Identifying and leading initiatives to streamline work processes and automation in the finance department.
• Working closely with the group controller as part of the finance department.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience as an assistant controller
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics and 1-3 years of experience as an assistant controller
• CPA license
• Internship at one of the Big accounting firms
• Full proficiency in Office and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of ISOX auditing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work intensively
