HR Manager – Global Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Israel. This role is responsible for employee welfare, compensation, benefits, and overall HR management for our headquarters staff across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The HR Manager will also play an active role in advanced recruitment processes and collaborate closely with senior leaders abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee welfare, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Oversee HR operations for headquarters staff in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Participate in advanced recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Work closely with senior management and international teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources management – required.
• Experience in a global company – required.
• Fluent English – required.
• Experience working with senior leaders – required
