Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the organization. You will build and manage an efficient candidate pipeline, strengthen the company’s presence on social media, and ensure accurate and professional job postings to shorten time-to-hire and improve recruitment quality.

• :Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage candidates via social networks, build targeted lists, and approach passive talent
• .Job Marketing: Create and publish job ads across job boards and social media; manage organic promotion in relevant groups
• .Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• .System Management: Maintain candidate data in recruitment systems and generate pipeline reports
• .Onboarding Support: Prepare onboarding kits, coordinate first-day logistics, and assist with offboarding documentation
