Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions to support personalised data-driven communication, leveraging SQL, data visualisations and advanced tooling.
• Identify trends and opportunities through advanced data analysis, modelling, and visualisation. Translate those findings into actionable insights.
• Bridge cross-functional teams (CRM, product, Engineering, Monetisation) to understand the user needs, segmentation opportunities, and business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the pain points and opportunities for the business to improve user engagement and optimize communication effectiveness.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a business or product analyst, ideally from B2C mobile app companies, with expertise in user engagement, CRM, and communication tools
• Familiarity with user communication platforms such as Emails, SMS, Push notifications, or similar tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Iterable).
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle , personalized messaging, segmentation, and user retention strategies.
• Extensive experience working with SQL – a must (BigQuery - advantage).
• Experience with data visualization tools for large data sets using BI systems (Looker, Tableau, etc.) - a must.
• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter, fast learner, fast worker, results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
