We are looking for an Influencers Marketing & Creative Manager (Maternity leave replacement) to join our team.

We are seeking a creative, sharp thinker who knows how to lead processes, engage people and teams, and translate the world of gifting into compelling messaging and content that aligns with the brand’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, scouting, and casting influencers who align with the brand’s values
• Managing ongoing relationships with influencers and talent agencies
• Leading negotiations and closing contracts
• Writing monthly briefs and developing content ideas aligned with BUYME’s tone of voice
• Overseeing shoots and productions to ensure content meets brand guidelines
• Reviewing deliverables prior to publication to ensure alignment with the brief and content objectives
• Analyzing performance and continuously optimizing influencer activity
• Working closely with the Creative, Social, and Performance teams to build a cohesive funnel-from ideation to go-live
• Identifying trends and turning them into content tailored to both the influencer and the brand

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in influencer management, digital, or creative roles
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with agencies
• High level of organization with the ability to manage timelines and tasks accurately
• Creative thinking skills, including the ability to develop concepts and write briefs
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience overseeing productions and photoshoots
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and emotionally driven content
