About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and manage our Information Systems department in a dynamic, mid-sized organization. This strategic role involves overseeing IT operations, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring systems availability, security, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement IT strategy and annual work plans.
- Manage a technical team (infrastructure, support, and projects).
- Oversee IT systems operations, maintenance, and availability.
- Lead cross-organizational IT projects: requirements analysis, solution selection, implementation, and monitoring.
- Manage hybrid environments and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
- Handle vendor relationships and annual IT budget planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Manager or CIO.
- At least 2 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, Windows servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud systems.
- Professional certifications (CIO, CISO) – an advantage.
