Role Description

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the organization's leadership, ensuring efficient operations and execution of priorities. Responsibilities include managing organizational projects, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, overseeing schedules and deadlines, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. This is a full-time, all-around Israel role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams and projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement organizational priorities
• Proficiency in using tools for project management and communication
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to the organization's mission
• Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant leadership position is a plus
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Multilingual abilities and understanding of the local cultural context are advantageous
