מחפשת מהנדס/ת מכונות למחלקת ההנדסה והפיתוח לתפקיד של תכנון ופיתוח מוצרים חדשים ואופטימיזציה של המוצרים הקיימים לדרישות השונות.

נושאי פעילות ותחומי אחריות:

• ניסיון במידול באמצעות תוכנת SolidWorks – חייב (או תוכנה דומה)

• ניסיון בתכנון מכני מפורט, הרכבות, תכן מנגנונים

• ניסיון במערכות מיזוג -מעבר חום / תרמודינמיקה - יתרון

• הכרה של טכנולוגיות ייצור שונות (כיפוף פחים, לייזר, עיבוד שבבי, ריתוכים ,וכד') .

• ידע וניסיון בהורדת שרוטטים לייצור

• עדכון שרטוטים , בניית ג'יגים ושיפורי מכלולים

• Hands-On

• בניית עצי מוצר ותיקי ייצור, כתיבת הוראות עבודה/הרכבה

• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים

• יכולת עבודה למול קבלני משנה – טכני

• יכולת ניתוח דרישות פרויקט

השכלה וניסיון הנדרשים :

• השכלה : מהנדס מכונות - חובה

• 5-8 שנות ניסיון בתכנון– חובה

• ידע וניסיון – בתחום מעבר חום / תרמודינמיקה - יתרון

• ניסיון ב SolidWorks – חובה או על תוכנה דומה

• יכולת עבודת בצוות, יכולת ירידה לפרטים

• יכולת עבודה באופן עצמאי, גמישות מחשבתית ויצירתיות

• ידע וניסיון בתחום מערכות מיזוג אויר /מכטרוניקה / חשמל – יתרון

Auto Cool, also specialises in custom solutions for a variety of customers such as vehicle importers, special vehicle body builders, and defence companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Petah Tikva. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and developing mechanical systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed product designs, drafting using CAD tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring designs meet industry standards and project requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing design validations, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting the manufacturing process.

One of the most notable advantages is the ability to see the design and manufacture the product from start to finish in the factory within a few hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Machine Design
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design
• Expertise in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and designing mechanical systems
• A significant advantage is knowledge of designing electrical schematics, editing PCBand writing code for controllers.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot mechanical designs
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
