General Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated SDR to join our team and grow within the mobile performance industry.
As a key player in our sales pipeline, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify high-potential prospects, focusing on well-known app developers.
- Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through targeted research, creative engagement, and consistent multi-channel outreach to generate and nurture leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present company offerings and value propositions.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM and other platforms to ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline accuracy.
- Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to develop and implement business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
Who you are:
- Experienced in sales and the AdTech industry; prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is mandatory, AdTech experience is a significant advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- An excellent communicator with native or near-native fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
