Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Working Capital team and support the data and analytics domain of the business unit.

This role is well-suited for an analytically strong, hands-on individual early in their career, who is excited to work close to the business, learn how data drives decision-making, and gradually take ownership over analyses and reporting in a high-impact environment.

The Business Analyst will work closely with senior analysts, product managers, risk, growth, and operations teams, gaining exposure to complex financial data, scalable analytics solutions, and end-to-end business processes.

What you'll do

• Support the data and analytics function of the Working Capital business unit through ad-hoc and recurring analyses.
• Perform end-to-end analysis: understand business questions, gather data, analyze results, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to monitor key business KPIs across Risk, Growth, and Operations.
• Assist in defining metrics and tracking performance to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product, business, and data teams to understand business context and data models.
• Take part in analysis of experiments, tests, and learning initiatives.
• Contribute to improving data visibility, data quality, and analytical best practices within the team.
  
  

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis; experience with BigQuery is an advantage.
• Experience working with spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to visualize data clearly and communicate insights in a simple and structured way.
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work closely with business stakeholders.
• High learning ability, curiosity, and eagerness to grow professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending products.
• Familiarity with experimentation, KPIs, or performance monitoring.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
