About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be a hands-on in our R&D team. You’ll own impactful projects end-to-end across backend (Java/Spring) and frontend (React), shape architecture, raise engineering standards.

What you will do

• Own features E2E: design, implement, test, deploy and operate services & UIs (Java/Spring Boot, React).
• Lead architecture & design: decompose problems, define APIs, data models and integrations; drive scalability, reliability and performance.
• Raise the bar: establish coding standards, testing strategies, code reviews, observability (logs/metrics/tracing) and security best practices.
• Collaborate: partner with Product/Design/CS. translate business needs into resilient technical solutions.
• Production excellence: champion CI/CD, release quality, incident response, and continuous improvement on AWS/Kubernetes.

What you’ll need

• 6+ years as a Full-Stack/Backend-leading engineer, with significant production experience - must have.
• Proven hands-on with Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and React - must have.
• Strong grasp of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, and system design.
• Experience owning services in production: performance tuning, scalability, observability, reliability.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST, microservices, and cloud (AWS).
• Excellent communication, product sense, and the ability to lead initiatives and mentor others.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech/insurtech.
• DevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC.
• Knowledge of security/compliance for SaaS.
