E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist to join our team and support the daily operations of our website and app. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for eCommerce and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s website and mobile app.
• Manage product content, including cataloging and uploading new collections.
• Update pricing and run online promotions.
• Perform regular QA checks to identify and resolve website issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Upload and manage product data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Generate and analyze operational reports.
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows and processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets – must.
• Strong self-learning abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently – must.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy – must.
• Technical understanding of web environments – an advantage.
• Previous experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) – an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High-level English (written and spoken).
